Do I need a referral to come to Bounce Podiatry?
No, a referral is not necessary to see us. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding hips, legs, ankles or feet.

What if I have a Team Care Referral (EPC) from my GP?
Please ensure you bring this with you to your appointment, additionally we will require your medicare card. The total cost of the appointment is charged initially. We then swipe your medicare card for an immediate rebate back onto your eftpos card. This saves a trip back to medicare.

What should I bring?
Please bring a couple of pairs of frequently worn shoes. If you have a soft tissue complaint, it would be ideal to bring a pair of shorts as some degree of exposure of hips and pelvis may be necessary.

Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, we accept VISA and Mastercard

Is there disabled access and parking?
Yes, there are allocated disabled parking bays in the basement carpark next to the elevator. There are two elevators at either end of the buiding.

How long will my initial appointment be?
We offer 30 -45 minutes Initial appointments, depending on the type. You will be asked some preliminary questions prior to your appointment to determine the appropriate consultation type. Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your initial appointment time to complete a new patient questionnaire.

What if I have private health insurance?
If you have appropriate podiatry cover bring your health insurance card and it can be swiped through HICAPs. This allows for immediate cover for your podiatry treatment, any gap fee is payable by cash, eftpos or credit card.

Do you do home visits?
We would be happy to provide home visits if you live within 5km of the clinic. Please phone us to determine if we can provide this service to you. Any specialist treatments will require a visit to the clinic.
